The website collects information when visitors send a chat message, submit a form, register interest, request a booking, donate, or join a mailing list.

Website chat stores your messages and any name or email you choose to provide so authorised centre staff can respond. An essential browser cookie lets you return to the same conversation for seven days. Messages remain in the staff inbox until deleted by the centre; contact us to request deletion. Automated answers are labelled and use the centre's published information. Chat does not subscribe you to marketing. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information.

Contact, booking and donation information is used only for the purpose stated at the time of collection unless the visitor gives explicit marketing consent.

The Trust does not sell personal information. You may contact the centre to ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or withdraw from email updates.
